Congratulations. When I saw your Monday time yesterday, I was quite sure you'd break 10 minutes again =).
I had horrible times for Thursday and Friday, but good ones for the weekend puzzles, so if I don't screw up for the remainder of the week, I might do well, too. |

I managed to get 8:03 today for this week, but I might never be able to improve upon my previous record. It's kind of frustrating...

Thanks, everyone.
I had been thinking for a while that I'd just about reached my limit and couldn't improve anymore, but I started another run through the archives recently with intent to improve my skill, and it seems to be working - I've been beating most of my old times, and I'm regularly seeing deductions I almost certainly would have missed before. So, I'm not discouraged yet!
...though after a puzzle like this Saturday's, well... I won't be improving my time this week. |

You might stay at the top for longer than you think. I have just come home from a 1-week-stay in the hospital after a routine operation. So I couldn't do the kwontomloop puzzles during that past week. And for the next few weeks, I have a slight handicap against you others .
(I'll still try to do all the week's puzzles today and beat you every time, mind.)
Also, be careful until Friday, and you might improve your best time yet again.

The "Welcome to Club 9" thing after I finished today's puzzle was quite a surprise! I had forgotten what it was like to join a new club; I was resigned to an eternal club 19 fate. Must have been (definitely was) an easy week, though I did notice I was more focused on the weekend puzzles than usual. |
