My lucky guess used the diagonal 1's at r12c9 and r11c8. I guessed 4 x's where the 1's meet, which eventually led to a solution. Though I didn't see it yesterday, trying the other 4 x's reaches essentially the same visible contradiction as yours (with some reading) in 7 clicks (6 x's, 1 line). Yours is much nicer 
After that, it's a moderately challenging (for me) but nice solve. Many times there are patterns I know but find a bit hard to spot, which seem to be the only humanly tractable logical choices available. |
