Posted - 2007.01.08 13:17:20I've been on holiday for three weeks - I have become useless at this game, I had to use "fix position" on today's puzzle! All that hard work, gone to waste.
Anyone got any ideas how long it takes to get the skills back?

Posted - 2007.01.09 03:26:51I am/was about the same level as you are and was off the internet for 3 or 4 weeks when I moved house. When I came back I was useless but got a personal best within a fortnight. I'd gone back and completed the weeks I'd missed (A weeks worth of puzzles per sitting) as training.
Then again I also turned 28, the Golden Age of Kwontom Loop, so I was bound to get better

Posted - 2007.01.13 07:27:00I also took a break of about three weeks for the holidays ... then I logged on tonight out of boredom and shot through all seven puzzles in a row ... and -
- bizarrely, set a new one-week personal best by over 25% off my previous best! (about 44 minutes down to about 32 minutes)
New strategy ya think?!
