Hi Foilman,
There seems to be a small login problem when more than one person logs in through the same proxy server (I'm guessing). OldBean and I are working in the same department at the same uni and whenever I finish one of the current weekly puzzels I end up in OldBean's kwontom loop home page, although my time is still recorded under my name. So far this has only been a shock when I glimpse OldBean's puzzel times before realising what's happend, but I'd hate for one of us to accidently do the puzzels under the wrong log in. |

That's very strange, it certainly shouldn't matter that you're both using the same proxy server, you'd have to be sharing cookies for something like this to happen and I can't imagine that being the case! I'll see if I can figure out what's going on... hmmm... |

Ok, I have a theory and I think I might have solved the issue. I reckon your proxy was caching the pages so although you were logged in as yourself, you were seeing a cached home page of scores which weren't yours. What I've done is added some "anti-caching" options to all pages on the site, which - theoretically - should sort it out... let me know if it happens again or if anything else a bit weird happens. |
