Hi foilman, would it possible to show weekly placings further than the leaderboard of 10? Possibly a top 100?
Am I 11th right now because only 11 have played all 7 games? Who are my peers that are also around the 2 hour mark for a week? How are my friends going that I know also play? How many people are regulars? Are the regular best players out of the current top 10 because they haven't played today's game yet, or because they've had a bad run?
All of these questions could be answered with a longer leaderboard/ladder. |

New puzzles are posted everyday at midnight GMT; I note that your post was at 4.40am-ish. For the clearest picture of the leaderboard, it's best to go by what's happening late evening UK time rather than the small hours of the morning.

Sounds like a good idea anyway, and there have been a couple of other requests for it, so it's on my list when I next get some spare time! |

Unfortunately, midnight GMT is 7AM in Perth, so jamin's not necessarily awake by then. |

I do realise that you get a better idea of the top ten later in the evening (UK time), but irrespective of what time of day you look at the leaderboard, none of my example questions from above can be answered without further ladder information.
Thanks foilman, if that feature is added in the future, it will be great.

Well, your question about whether the regulars are off the leaderboard because they've had a bad run, or because they've not done all 7 yet can be answered in part according to when you look at the board. For example: Dr Null never seems to do the weekend puzzles until monday, and I certainly never see the puzzles before 8am GMT! |

I usually play the new puzzle early in the cycle, within a few hours of it going up. But some people have already done the puzzle by that time, so I'd really like to be able to look back at what the rankings were just before the current puzzle was posted. (Alternatively, the current rankings calculated without the results for the current puzzle would give roughly the same information, except for players who don't finish every day's puzzle.) |

Now that sounds a little more tricky than just a full-length leaderboard!!! Don't expect that any time soon... |
Really? Couldn't you just copy the leaderboard to a static "yesterday.html" file at 11:59 each night? |

Ok, the "Complete Leaderboard" option is now available to all logged-in players, at the foot of the top 10. |
