It's been known to happen. 
I can usually keep up with the daily leaders throughout the week, unless I make a complete mess out of one of the puzzles, so it all depends on how tricky the puzzles are overall. I'm sure that Procrastinator & Dr Null may have also had sub-30 min times in the past, though I only have a decent memory of my own times. I expect that either one of them should beat my weekend times - I made a few minor slips, so the saturday can certainly be done a fair bit faster if you really push it. Anyway, so long as I can keep within a few minutes of the weekly total, I'm pretty happy with myself.
Edit: Ha! I was right about Dr Null beating me on Saturday...
